On-site Removal Time: By Appointment Only; No weekend removals
Machine(s) must be removed no later than Thursday, March 31st, 2022, of receipt of a paid invoice. If the machine(s) are not removed within this deadline, machine(s) will be considered abandoned. Therefore, the buyer(s) will lose said machine and receive no refund.
Link Auctions, LLC or its representatives do not make any representation or warranties of any kind whatsoever on the machinery & equipment listed, we make every ability to describe the lots accurately, but it is up to the bidder to perform their own due-diligence IE. Not limited to Manufacturer, Model, Capacities, Attachments, etc. prior to bidding. All items being sold are “AS-IS” Where-Is” with no warranty.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for the proper and safe removal of all items purchased. Link Auction LLC. will not pack, ship, crate, or rig any items. Due to insurance regulations and company policy, Link Auction LLC. will not supply any material handling devices such as forklift trucks, cranes, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Buyers may remove items themselves utilizing non-motorized equipment. Link Auction LLC. will make its best effort to post multiple 3rd Party insured contractors (riggers and machinery movers). However, Link Auction LLC. is not responsible for 3rd party contractors’ pricing, performance, etc.
All sales include an 18% buyer’s premium.
