Special Notes for Removal: Removal is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact our office at +1 475-273-0268 to schedule a date/time and receive additional instructions for gaining access to the site. For local pickup, buyers will stage at the visitor center until a Link Auctions employee arrives to escort you to your purchases for removal. To enter the facility you must bring a valid driver's license, safety shoes, safety glasses.

It is the buyer’s responsibility for the proper and safe removal of all items purchased. Link Auction LLC. will not pack, ship, crate, or rig any items. Due to insurance regulations and company policy, Link Auction LLC. will not supply any material handling devices such as forklift trucks, cranes, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Buyers may remove items themselves utilizing non-motorized equipment. Link Auction LLC. will make its best effort to post multiple 3rd Party insured contractors (riggers and machinery movers). However, Link Auction LLC. is not responsible for 3rd party contractors’ pricing, performance, etc.
All sales include an 18% buyer’s premium.
